I was born in Essex, England, in 1979. Although I spent most of my childhood and teenage years in England, my family and I also lived for several years in South Africa, Australia, and Germany. After graduating from university, I moved to Germany in 2001, where I have called home ever since. I hold a master’s degree and have spent most of my adult life working in academia. Learning and teaching are my passion, and my soul purpose.

 

In 2020, I reassessed my view of the world. Guided by my inquisitive nature, I began a journey of discovery and deep self-awareness. I've been down many a rabbit hole and learned so much, and yet just when I thought "that's it, I've got it", the next book, conversation or life lesson would offer a new perspective and throw up new questions, so the quest continued. Recently, however, I read a book that changed this - I call it my last book.

 

I am now satisfied with my understanding of what this life is about, and I know where to find the answers - and my true self. From here on it's about about embodying all of that, living it, and simply being. In 2026, I feel called to share my knowledge and experience with other like-minded seekers.
